Please Respect Our Beautiful Beach and Wetlands
There are many people coming to Bowers Beach to enjoy our little community. Please be careful and respect our beautiful town, beach and wetlands. After winter storm Jonas, most beach front dunes and protection was lost. There is new dune rebuilding and new beach grass plantings so it’s very important that you watch where you walk, keep your children from running on the dunes, there are no dogs allowed on the beach from May 1st to September 30th. Always bring an extra bag to place your trash in and PLEASE do not litter. Please also be aware that there is a parking area to use so you don’t block in residents or park in no parking areas. Lets all enjoy beautiful Bowers Beach and help to keep it clean!
