Town Zoning Ordinance
The Town Zoning Ordinance is enforced by the town Code Compliance Officer. The entire Town is within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area. The Town has a Flood Ordinance that is administrated by Kent County and the Town participates in the National Flood Insurance Program. The Town also has a Subdivision Ordinance and a Board of Adjustment.
